Tymeslot is a self-hosted meeting scheduling platform. Share a booking link, let people pick a slot that works for both of you, and have the meeting land on everyone's calendar automatically — without the back-and-forth email. It is built with Elixir/Phoenix LiveView and designed to run comfortably on a single Cloudron instance. ## Features * **Real two-way calendar sync** — connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or any CalDAV server (Nextcloud, Fastmail, iCloud). Existing events block your availability, and new bookings are written straight back to your calendar. * **Flexible meeting types** — define durations, buffers, daily limits, custom questions, and per-type availability. Offer free or paid bookings. * **Embeddable booking pages** — drop your scheduling page into any website with a single snippet, or share the hosted link directly. * **Multiple booking themes** — pick the look that fits your brand. * **Automatic notifications** — confirmation, reminder, reschedule, and cancellation emails for both you and your invitees, sent through Cloudron's mail relay. * **Video meeting links** — generate Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom links automatically when a meeting is booked. * **Internationalised** — the interface and emails are available in multiple languages. ## Cloudron integration * **PostgreSQL** is provisioned and backed up automatically. * **Email** is sent through Cloudron's built-in mail relay — no SMTP configuration required. * **Single sign-on** via Cloudron's identity provider is enabled out of the box; users get an SSO button on the login page. * **SSL/TLS, health checks, and updates** are handled by the platform. After install, the first account to register becomes the administrator. Calendar and video integrations are connected per-user from the dashboard.
